Abstract:
Efficient solid phase supported peptide synthesis (SPPS) of morpholino glycine oligonucleotide (MorGLy) mimics has been developed. The proposed strategy includes a novel specially designed labile linker group containing the oxalyl residue and the 2-aminomethylmorpholino nucleoside analogues as first subunits.
